11. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. We may immediately suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
• You may export your data within 30 days of termination
• We will delete your data after 90 days unless legally required to retain it

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Services at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except where prohibited by law.
