What is the WiseLink Fit Session?
The WiseLink Fit Session is a paid, personalized assessment designed to determine whether WiseLink ERP is the right solution for your business. Unlike generic demos, we assign a senior consultant to study your specific operations, prepare a tailored demonstration, and deliver an honest recommendation.
What You Get
- 60-minute live session with a senior WiseLink consultant
- Demo tailored to your business model using your sample data
- Written fit report detailing: supported flows, identified gaps, and clear next steps
- Honest yes/no recommendation on whether WiseLink is right for your business
Conditions for Refund
You are eligible for a 100% refund of your Fit Session fee if all of the following conditions are met:
- Client completes the pre-session questionnaire truthfully and completely
- Client attends the scheduled Fit Session at the agreed time
- WiseLink product team confirms in writing that WiseLink cannot support the client's core business model and key operational flows when used as intended
Cases Where Refund Does Not Apply
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- Client does not show up for the scheduled Fit Session
- Client decides not to proceed for internal reasons (budget changes, timing, new priorities, personnel changes) even though WiseLink can support their needs
- Client provides inaccurate or incomplete information during the questionnaire that materially affects the assessment
- Client requests a refund after the written fit report confirms WiseLink can support their core needs
How Refunds Are Processed
If you meet the refund eligibility criteria outlined above:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your fit report
- Our team will review your case within 3 business days
- If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
All refund decisions are made by the WiseLink product team and are final. We strive to be fair and transparent in every assessment.
