Issue 01 · The operating system

The till, the warehouse, and the books are one system.

WiseLinkNow is an ERP. Intelligence sits on the ledger — it does not replace it. This is a design study of that idea, sitting beside the current site, not instead of it.

    The plant, not the pitch

    Four stations. One ledger.

    01

    Counter

POS that still rings when the line drops. Offline tickets, split tenders, KDS, and the drawer counted at close.

    02

    Floor & stock

Lots, bins, transfers, and reorders. The warehouse sees what the till just sold.

    03

    Books

Ledger, GST / VAT, aging, and a P&L that is not a weekend spreadsheet.

    04

    People

Rosters, attendance, payroll, and who is on the pass at 19:00.

Manufacturing, HR, CRM, and marketing attach to the same spine. They are not a carousel of glowing cards.

    Intelligence

    A clerk, not a mascot.

Forecasting, exception routing, and compliance checks belong next to the posting that created them. If it cannot be traced to a document, it does not belong on the floor.

    1. 01

A shortage before it is a stockout

Paneer at Bandra will miss dinner if the 16:00 putaway slips. The system raises a transfer, not a slogan.

    2. 02

A GST mismatch before the filing

E-invoice IRN pending on three distributor bills. The clerk flags the books, not a chatbot.

    3. 03

Cash that should already be in

₹2.4L of receivables past 45 days, two accounts with a standing dispute. Collections sit next to the ledger.

    Next

Walk the workbench, then talk to a consultant — not a chatbot.
